Your room is ready for check-in from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.

Our hotel is easily accessible by public transport. The Radstadt express train station is approximately 12 km from the hotel. Continue your journey by bus or taxi. If you are arriving by plane, Salzburg Airport “W. A. Mozart” (approx. 70 km away) and Munich Airport “Franz Josef Strauß” (approx. 250 km away) are ideal. From here, you can take a shuttle or rental car to Flachau. Our tip: With the Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket, you can use public transportation throughout the entire province free of charge (including for your arrival and departure).

Accommodation can be booked with a generous breakfast buffet or half board featuring regional specialties.

The booking is only valid with a deposit. The remaining amount can be paid in cash, by debit card, or credit card.

Sauna towels and bathrobes are provided in your room. Free use of the sauna for stays of 2 nights or more. Use of the sauna for one night – price €15.00 per person. Use of the sauna from 14 years of age.

Our sauna is free of charge for stays of two days or more – sauna robes and towels are of course provided. Even for short stays, we are happy to turn on the sauna exclusively for you – for € 25,00 including a sauna robe and towel.

Discounts for children staying in their parents' room (2 full-paying adults):

• 0 – 2 years: free of charge
• 3 – 7 years: 65% discount
• 8 – 12 years: 55% discount
• 13 – 15 years: 45% discount

Fun and games at the hotel – with a 40 m² play area featuring a Fun4Four table, spinning soccer table, and more, you’ll never be bored!

We are happy to provide cribs and high chairs for our youngest guests. Please let us know in advance if you require these. There is a playground with swings and a slide in front of the hotel.

Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel.

Prices do not include local tax or mobility tax:

With the ticket, you can travel freely on public transport throughout the province of Salzburg. You will receive it upon arrival at the Hotel Schützenhof.

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply, including their cancellation conditions. Cancellations are only possible in writing.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
• In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the travel price.
• For early departures and cancellations from the day of arrival 100% will be charged.
• Cancellations are only possible in writing!
